A five-minute Business Spotlight at the Plano Chamber of Commerce became an unexpected pop-up art experience when Miss Macy, a life-sized mannequin dressed in a gown made from thousands of paper hole punches, made a surprise appearance. Along the way, Chamber members not only learned about pest control—they also became part of Miss Macy’s story by taking home a tiny piece of her artwork. “Iterations” an original art piece by Denise Holguin is on exhibition!

“Iterations” is my debut art piece that is on exhibit at the MCL Grand through the Visual Art League of Lewisville.

The theme for the exhibit is “Self-Portrait”. Not only was I the photographer but I was also the model. Very tricky – especially when I was turning as green as the walls from sitting upside down!
