Eisenhower State Park


Here are some highlights from a recent trip to Eisenhower State Park.

The day was overcast – which was a nice change from the smoldering heat.  It also created ideal lighting for photography.

This spider was hiding among the rocks. I had to be very careful not to spook it. This was the best shot I could get before it got away.

This spider was willing to get photographed. I was able to get very close with my macro lens and it didn’t seem threatened.
