Here are more photos from my favorite trip to the Dallas Arboretum back in March.
The flowers and leaves blurred in the background to create an interesting effect.
Some of the water droplets look metallic.
A wider view of the scene that shows the chaos and the drama.
I’d love to return to the arboretum on a rainy day. So much drama to capture with the camera.
Location: Dallas Arboretum
Date: March 5, 2017
Camera: Rockalita Sunshine (Canon EOS 5D Mark IV)
Lens: My beloved 100 mm macro lens (Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 L macro IS)
Additional equipment: A tripod. If you’re going to go through the trouble of taking photos in the rain, bring a tripod to steady the camera. After all, what’s another load? 😉
