I have several friends that are enablers..wonderful enablers that encourage me to have fun with miniatures and photography among other things….
My friend Sharon Jenkins Haltom is no exception. She handed me a special gift for my birthday – it was cleverly wrapped in fabric… a suggestion made by her son.
I carefully unwrapped the gift and discovered miniature pottery!

I liked the sunflowers but then remembered I had some dried flowers that were the perfect proportion.

Tips: Look for pieces you have around the house to add as props. It just so happened I had a doll-house sized table and dried flowers that were perfect for the pottery. I used the fabric gift wrapping as the background.
