Now that I have a macro lens I’m unable to focus on anything but photography. In fact, I had a dozen photography ideas to conquer tonight but on the drive home I got distracted by McDonald’s. I must have French fries for a photography shoot! (And I love an excuse to eat fries.)
Just an everyday sight — a woman dancing on French fries.
Imagine the difficulty of dancing on French fries. These swing dancers make it look easy. I could probably learn from them.
Here we have a young couple enjoying French Fry Gardens.
The French Fry shoot proved entertaining so I decided some dessert was in order. It took several attempts to get the lady to sit still.
The train conductor was also a challenge to balance on the side of a Smarty.
The final shot below is to provide perspective. I used the Canon G11 for convenience.
Camera: Big Bertha (Canon EOS 5D Mark II)
Date: May 20114
Lens: Canon Macro EF 100 mm 2.8 L IS USM (AKA: My wonderful new lens)
Notes: If you’re in the market for Canon lenses, Canon is offering rebates! (At least at the time of this post being published). Purchase the lenses from your local camera store or online and the rebate information should be available.
Denise, that`s pretty cool photos!
Thank you Elena!
