I came across these photos and had a fun time putting this unexpected post together.
—————–
Since my mental hard drive is limited and I like to be specific, here’s the map so I wouldn’t have to remember the church name… Basilica di San Miniato al Monte, in Florence, Italy.
At the time we arrived at the church there was a couple getting their wedding photos taken. I couldn’t resist sneaking a couple shots of my own.
We exited the church and loitered– waiting for the sunset. There was another wedding couple and photographer outside. Again, I couldn’t resist taking photos.
Here’s a look at the sun setting.
Notes:
It wasn’t until I was putting this post together that I realized I saw two wedding couples at the same church. It was very much a sensory overload being at such a place and having taken thousands of photos during this trip it’s hard to appreciate everything! So my tip for the day: try to find a use for your photos! Find patterns, correlations, create meaning (or recall the meaning) from the photos. They are far more useful in this manner. And be sure to share them with others.
Cameras:
Canon G11 (Wedding couples)
