They say it’s a good idea to measure twice, cut once.  Well, as the procurement team for the city of Happyville discovered, it’s also a good idea to measure twice before making a purchase online.  Looks like they’ll need a bigger pool… or a smaller inflatable pool float!  Either way, the city of Happyville will find a resolution to their unique challenge.  It’s what they do.
