Henry found a delightful reading nook at Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge.
I stood at this location for several minutes, taking photos, inhaling the smell of the forest, imagining myself becoming part of the scenery. I could smell mushrooms and rotting wood. Before leaving I stroked the branches covered in moss. Tomorrow I’ll be at work again. But right now I am absorbing the moment.
