While the best part of Spring at the Dallas Arboretum are the fresh daffodils and tulips I feel a responsibility to photograph the unsung heroes in the garden. The blooms that are withered and spent have beauty too!
I was so focused on the flower I didn’t notice the guest that was waiting patiently to get its photo taken. (Go to the first photo in the series, and you can faintly see it’s shape in the top left side of the dried flower)
When I see these photos I see drama and beauty! But it’s all in the eye of the beholder. Maybe you see something different?
