While leaving a grocery store last week I noticed a very large number of birds in the parking lot. Not one or two birds… hundreds of grackles.

They were putting on a concert. Imagine the sound of 100s of birds making loud squeaks and whistles.

I happened to have Big Bertha with me so I took a few shots.

I like the silhouettes.

After I was finished, I turned around and saw a man with his daughter who were also intrigued with the birds.
