This week’s Random Object Wednesday is made possible by Dawn and Dave Wester.

The frog proved a challenge to photograph.  Since it was multi-colored what color background would do it justice?  I experimented with black fabric but wasn’t satisfied. Then I tried white fabric but the results weren’t what I had hoped for.

So I tried this pale periwinkle color that seemed to work well.

I really wanted to create the effect of water – and since throwing the stuffed frog into a bathtub of water wasn’t an option… I used this shiny pale blue fabric.

Next I experimented with lighting and text.
