Before leaving for work one morning, I noticed a dead bird in my front porch. I suspect a neighborhood cat might have been the culprit.  I did what every responsible home owner would do—I removed the bird from my porch using a broom and dustpan. Circle of Life: Dragonfly

I was in my garden and noticed a dead dragonfly on a stone.  Ants were busy ‘cleaning up’ the mess and there was a fly nearby.  Three hours later, I checked the carcass to see the ants’ progress.  Notice how the ants are gone.
