Jonathan and his dad had front row leaves (seats) to watch a new type of performance art last weekend. Unexpected Find

I plopped myself down on the sandy soil to photograph yellow flowers.  But this fly caught my attention on another plant.  At the time I thought I was photographing a very accommodating live fly. Not until I downloaded the photos did I discover an entirely different scenario.  Take a look. Isn’t it amazing?!  These are the quiet moments of discovery I love.
